For hygiene and safety reasons related to COVID-19 and other potential viruses, 552 London operates a strict no-return, no-exchange policy on all clothing and accessory items once they have been delivered.
This policy ensures the safety of our customers and staff, as we cannot guarantee that returned goods have not been exposed to contaminants.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure all products are inspected before dispatch.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@552London.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue and packaging
- A brief description of the problem
If the defect is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note that the item must remain unworn and unused, and all tags and packaging must still be intact.
Custom & Personalised Products
All customised or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances, except where the product is found to be defective upon arrival.
Refunds for Faulty Goods Only
Refunds are only issued for faulty or incorrect items.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 working days of confirmation.
