  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days after dispatch

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address, order weight, and courier service.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once shipped, all customers will receive an email containing their tracking number and courier link.
  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
